Adam Bartoš interviewed Mike Eckel, a senior international correspondent for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and former Associated Press reporter. They spoke about reporting on conflicts across the post-Soviet region, maintaining professional composure during the 2004 Beslan school siege (deadliest school terrorist attack in history), the differences between working for a wire service and a traditional newsroom, and more.
